Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and tags included. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@ovelari.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team once the return request has been approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@ovelari.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product once approved and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
